TAXES Food and beverage prices quoted are subject to Washington State Sales tax of 9.3%. Labor, rentals and service fees are also subject to Washington State Sales tax of 9.3%. Menu prices and sales tax are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Charges 0-5 miles to site $10 fee | 5-10 miles to site $25 fee | 10 miles and over $50 fee
Gratuities A 18% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage totals.
Service Please ask our Catering/Event Coordinator about our different Service Packages. Staff is billed by the hour from the start to finish of the event. Upon selection of location, number of guests, menu and event hours, we will provide you with a detailed labor estimate. Final labor expenses are billed according to actual labor hours accrued. Labor is subject to 9.3% Washington Sales Tax.
Rental Equipment Tables, chairs, tents, linens and other amenities incur additional costs for off-site catering. Final rental equipment expenses are subject to the circumstances of your event. Delivery charges may apply based upon accessibility. Rental equipment and delivery charges are subject to 9.3% Washington State Sales tax.
Deposits, Payments & Cancellation Policy For off-site catering, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the contract. 50% of contract amount is due 30 days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the catered function. All deposits are non-refundable. We may not know what the final bill will be depending on rentals, labor, ect. 7 days prior.
Guarantee Ram International Catering requires notification of the exact number of guests 7 days prior to the event. Once documented, this number constitutes a guarantee. If fewer guests attend then the guarantee stipulates you will be charged the original number. If no changes are communicated to the Ram International Catering, the contracted number or original guest count will be considered your guarantee. Guest counts may increase up to 72 hours prior to the function.
Alcoholic Beverages Please ask our Catering/Event Coordinator about our different Bar Options available. Host/No Host Bar Options available upon request. All guests will be required to show photo proof of identification of age. Ram International Catering, by law, must discontinue service to any guest who shows signs of intoxication.
Wine Service RAM International Catering will provide an extensive wine list of available wines and cost per bottle or glass. Our catering clients are welcome to provide their own wine selection. RAM International Catering has a $12 corking fee for all wine/champagne provided by our catering guests.
RAM Crafted Brew Service RAM International Catering offers Ram Crafted Brew selections along with our Kegerator service and logo brew cups. Kegs $135 per each. Pony Kegs $75 each.
Hard Alcohol manages all hard alcoholic beverages for our catering clients. Please ask our Catering/Event Coordinator about our tiered liquor options. Inquire about our Signature Martinis we create to personalize your special event.
