Well, I have begun to recover from all the festivities of Saturday night. (My feet may never be the same! 
) I just HAD to THANK YOU one more time for the FANTASTIC job you did to help make the reception one of the best, EVER! WE really appreciated all your extra help in setting up AND cleaning up! Everybody raved about the food, from the Swedish meatballs to the salmon. One of our friends even asked the chef for the salmon recipe, and, when the rest of our friends heard that he had it, they pleaded for me to get it from him! =) And…I must thank you, again, for your assistance in organizing the rehearsal dinner, too! Please pass on a “special thanks” to Robin for her GREAT service at BOTH events! Tell her GOOD LUCK at her wedding next July. Hmmm…I wonder who she’ll have as her caterer?! =)
I WISH I knew a bunch of people that were having catered events coming up so I could send them your way…without ANY hesitation! Don’t know if your paths will ever cross again, but I sure hope so! =)

I can’t thank you enough for the phenomenal job RAM Catering did at Tessa and Ross’s wedding receiption. The food was superb and your staff most gracious. We received so many incredible compliments which all belong to you. The dessert table was an absolute favorite and the thoughtful touch of raspberries and gummy worms in the toasting beverages was over the top. You should be hearing from several of our guests who hae upcoming events (that speaks for itself).
And you, dear lady, are the RAM’s Catering crowning glory. Thank you from the bottom of my hear.

Just wanted to say thank you for everything you and your team did for our wedding on Friday July 9th. Everything was flawless from our point of view and the food and presentation was spectacular.
The buffet line looked amazing!!! Loved how you spead the food out along the tables and added the decorations and the candle holders. Presentation was just amazing when I walked down there for the first time…The bar set up worked quite well and was also a spectacular set up….very impressive!!!
I have to say, I don’t have enough hands to count how many people have told me (after the wedding) how WONDERFUL the food was. People were raving about it, and I’ve heard comments that it was the best food they have had, and the best wedding ever. You, the chefs, and your team sure did make an impression on our guests. They said the food was hot, and cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful!! I kid you not, soooo many of them have said that to me…and we’ve seen a lot of our guests over this last week since the wedding with various family events going on.
The cupcakes were amazing as well…even all the leftovers, haha. Thank you for boxing up the left over food as well and ensuring it was safely put into the refrigerator. It was very nice to enjoy a few more dinners!
Lastly, we greatly appreciated your staff taking drink orders from folks. Not sure if that was just the bridal table and a few reserved tables or for other tables as well. It was a wonderful special touch so that many didn’t have to travel downstairs missing activities. We recognize your team really were very nice and provided excellent service.
Thank you VERY much again to you and the entire event team that day for making such an amazing day even better!
